Do I need a host or game master?
No. Everything you need is in the case file, and the solution is sealed inside — so anyone can play and no one has to sit out knowing the answer.
Can I play solo?
Absolutely. It's a wonderful solo evening, and it scales beautifully to a group of up to six working together (or racing to accuse first).
How long does it take?
Most detectives crack it in 2–3 hours. There's no timer — linger over the evidence with a glass of something red.
Is it actually solvable, or just a guessing game?
It's completely fair. Every clue points somewhere, and the killer can be proven through logic and careful reading. No tricks, no “gotcha.”
What age is it for?
14 and up. It's a story of poison and inheritance — think Agatha Christie, not gore.
