We want you to love your case file. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost. Because each case file reveals its solution inside, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once a file has been opened. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the item price (return shipping paid by the customer). Email us with your order number to start a return.
